Ripoff sent wrong product wants to change for return Antonio

I decided to order scrubs for all 17 of my family members for Christmas. I used 3 online site, but only had problems with Scrubs Gallery. When I opened the packages to begin wrapping, I Noticed they sent the wrong order. I called them on the phone and after waiting over 5 minutes on the phone while Toni spoke to her accountant, I let her know my predicament. She spent another few minutes on another phone call confirming that the item I ordered had been discontinued. After asking why no one contacted me about that she said an email attempt had been made, out which I never received.

She then made another call to the distributor after I had to request to find out what the did have available in my nieces size, so she wouldn't be the only one without PJ's to open on Christmas Eve. I requested that they be sent that day. She let me know that they
couldn't go out that day, even though it was only 9am. She said they could be shipped Monday and when I requested that they be FedExed at their expense, she let me know she would have to run it past the manager. I requested his number, but she said he would be in the office in a hour and I could call back. She them sent me an email stating they were unable to FedEx at their expense. I responsed not to send anything, that I would send the unwanted scrubs back and that I would take my business elsewhere. She then responsed that there would be a change of $2.50 for each item returned, that they would not cover the shipping and then had the audacity to let me know they had bent over backwards in trying to work this matter out and that maybe they could have worked something out if I had contacted them sooner.

Well, I had contacted them as soon as I found the order was wrong, but it had been three weeks since I had ordered it. I guess I just assumed that when I ordered something, they would ship what I had requested.
