B2B Credit, Inc
In spite of the cancellation with B2B credit, they continued to withdraw money from my account each month and refuses to refund any money

Shops, Products, Services

I cancelled service with B2B Credit on April 14, in spite of the cancellation with B2B credit, they continued to withdraw $125.00 payment from my bank account for the months of April, May, June and July. I have been contacting B2B credit to resolve this matter over the last four months.

On several occasions I was advised by B2B Credit that I would receive a refund for months I was billed subsequent to my cancelation on April 14. To date B2B credit has not refunded these payments.

In attempt to resolve this matter I then contacted TD Bank on September 10 to have the four payments of $125.00 reversed. Unfortunately TD Bank was only able to dispute two of the four payments that were withdrawn with in the last 90 day. TD bank further advise me that they may not be able to successfully complete a reversal for these two payments but they would make an attempt.

As of November 4 I have done everything with in my power to obtain the $500 that B2B credit erroneously withdrew from my account. To date I have been unsuccessful. It is my sincere hope that the Attorney General Office can assist me in receiving my hard earned money back from B2B Credit.
