Do not take this mans word!!! 3 years ago my wife and i had significant repairs done to our home. Our initial estimate of 21k came to be 43k all said and done. Needing the repairs and good on money at the time we agreed to pay, a slicktalking company coaxed us into 43k worth of come to find out USED MATERIALS, and sloppy work, that has now today seen a significant reduction in structural integrity. The walls that were built are splitting down to the studs, the ventilation system has completely rusted out due to leaky pipes put in. Do not trust every contractor you meet. Word of warning, dont listen to the slick talk and make sure your contractor delivers on promises that were broken to us.
