Has put me in a financial situation that is much worse than I had before I asked for their help. Ripoff

Company holds itself out to act as a negotiator with your creditors to settle your debts for less. While they may take some minimal action on one's behalf — their fees are out of this world and there is absolutlly no customer service.

I've waited since April 28 (it's now July 1) for a return phone call, response to multiple faxes sent, responses to e-mails sent asking for information, updates or action. Nothing.

However, they are very quick to deduct monies from your banking accounts on a timely basis — while providing none of the basic services one could reasonable expect for the fees they charge.

The company holds itself out with their "legal counsel" —however, the code of ethics for attorneys provides that you must give your client basic representation in the form of return phone calls and other means of communciation.

What they have done for me is put me in a financial situation that is much worse then when I contracted with them for services.

Unfortunately, they get people when they are the most vulernable and place them in a financial situation that is far worse then one can imagine.

Stay away from these people & flashy internet site — but no customer service at all &
