Unpleasant experience

I requested two crops in the Plantsman Room last Dec, I had been subsequently recommended they might briefly be giving out the crops weather permitting. I waited patiently no indication of the purchase. I subsequently delivered an Email requesting where my purchase was had an answer back, have now been absent but is likely to be delivering the purchase out within the next couple of days. I've been waiting since and also have delivered numerous Emails to no avail, they don't respond.
