Haband charged my visa for products I didn't order

I ordered business pants, they confirmed the order then sent work pants. I complained and c.S. Said it's their policy to send other products if out of stock, and if I don't want it I can return it. Their website says they always send an email if out of stock, but they didn't. Now I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back.
