Theft by deception

My partner went into bilo and was contacted by MR. Adam Macabee, a worker for nationwide galleries, who informed him about images deals he might receive for 12 bucks! My spouse registered for that image bundle misinformed that ther could be one more cost of 12 bucks your day of the images. I went later that evening and registered for that bundle and offered Mr. Macaby 10 dollars and he explained that I had a need to do your day of the photoshoot was to pay for the rest of the 2 dollars. Again misinformed of the additional12 bucks. Following a friend told us about how exactly these images truly worked and of the extra 12 bucks I returned to inquire why he didnt tell me of the and his react was " dont fear I'll be below the day of one's images and we shall say the 12 bucks with respect to BILO for client appriciation day". When I requested BILO of the I came across his declaration to become false as well as in fact he wasn't likely to be there and that I will need to spend the 12 bucks anyhow. I can't get my money back which guy proceeds to falsify data to others taking them of the hard earned cash. Nationwide galleries has yet to review.
