Recruiter: We are a Medical Transcription company. We have been in business for over 11 years. We train and hire our own transcriptionists. We dont require the 2 3 years experience as most companies do. We have over 200 transcriptionists working with us on contracts we have with doctors all over the United States.
John: Does that include the cost of training? $ the 495 or is it $ 496 like it says in the other form?

John: so it's actually not free, in reality that is, so the software is 495 dollars, but if I ever terminate the contract then why do I have to send the software back if I paid for it?
John: your software won't run on my computer

John: "Upon termination of your contract with Transam Associates, all files pertaining to any patient, doctor, or other Transam Associates business must be deleted from your hard drive and all back-up copies, no matter what the media format, must be securely shipped to Transam Associates' home office to be destroyed."
Recruiter: That's the files, not the software. We of course need the patient and doctor information back when/if you ever left.
