Bohren's United Van Lines changed the price. Over billed by 300$

Initial Estimate included Full Package and the estimator boldly said that the final cost will not exceed the estimate. This made me choose these movers for my move. I have the written document from the estimator, who underlined and the words Not to Exceed in his estimate.
But when the packers came, they said they have to pack extra material and hence have to charge me. I thought, as I have Full Package deal in my estimate, the movers will bare my charges. I signed a document saying that Packers will charge more.
But it turned out that the packer's extra cost was charged to my credit card on file. This is in violation of the initial estimates. Hence, I request you to take action against this mover company. They cheated me by incorrectly quoting less than the other movers. And not standing by their promise.
