Charged me again even tho i still have 322 days left of my previous subcription

Hello my name is maria... Ive been ripped off by NORTON 360... I recently payed for a subscription of i believe 2 years or 3... I still have 322 days left as of now... But i was charged again on my checkings account???

I dont know why? But i read about frauds on the norton 360... So i just want my money back and i dont know if i should cancel my subscription? Im in total shock... This is the first time ive been rippedoff
