Horrible service and arrangments

I purchased plants for somebody, and that I noticed them 24 hours later after I visited. The agreement was pitiful. It had been so terrible and that I was so ashamed to possess provided somebody something so unpleasant. I named who owns A Primary Street Florist, and he or she stated she employed a bigger container than she had a need to so that they were good. (I suppose a bigger container comprises for poor preparations??? Unsure what that demonstrated.) I told her they looked bad. She advised me I had been bad for not investing more income then hung-up on me. After I attempted to contact her back, the one who responded the telephone hung-up on me. After I thought this could never be solved together with her in an optimistic method, I'd informed her I'd inform everybody I understood never to utilize her organization due to the terrible rose design and also the rude service. She stated that she did not care and that I ought to simply go right ahead and do this. Therefore, I am allowing as many folks as you are able to realize that I've never experienced such bad customer support before or have experienced this type of poor agreement.
