Horrible Flower Arrangement

The mothers day flower arrangement I picked from their website was NOTHING as pictured. I had even added additional flowers for extra money to the bouquet I ordered from them. It was so bad it looked like a drug store check out bouquet wrapped in cellophane! It was so ugly! And nicely I called to see what had happened the woman just got angry and hung up - citing they had done nothing wrong. Totally unprofessional and a rip off!!
