Michelle Wendell employed me as a model for her Ebay store, Chic Little Devil. She offered to pay me an hourly rate, which we both agreed upon. Michelle Wendell used my photos on her website, and never paid me.

I requested my check several times. She ignored my emails and messages, and I never received payment for my work.

In addition to Michelle Wendell breaking the law, and our recorded contract by not paying me; the working conditions were absolutely abusive. Michelle Wendell has a reputation, and long history of poor business practices, and should be held accountable for her egregious behavior.
