Store doesnt stand behind the product

I bought a set of sneakers at TJ Maxx and used them twice and also the straps about the sneakers wouldn't remain secure. It was in per weekis time. The didn't remain secure the very first time. I got back again to TJ Maxx plus they wouldn't matter a shop credit and sometimes even bother requesting the supervisor. I'll never purchase another footwear from TJ Maxx. I'll restrict my buying within the shop also. Basically am likely to purchase junk, I will visit Ross, they've great junk.
