Of all the work they did, almost none of it was done right. The biggest majority of the work they did had to be redone. It was very rough carpentry. The measurements were off in many cases. They said they knew how to lay hardwood floors and it was a total misrepresentation. I have to redo the whole living room, dining room, hallway and all three bedrooms because of improper intstallation. I had $6000 in wood flooring alone. It all has to be redone. It was a glue down job and the floor was left unglued in many places and it is buckling and has to be taken up. Doors were installed incorrectly and had to be redone and shimmed to make the locks fit. Drywall was left with nail holes and uneven places. Floor tile was raised in places instead of level. Cut outs for the light switches were too big and had to be filled in. Generally they don't know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling a house. They didn't run the flooring under the thresholds of the doors and if it weren't for the floors having to be redone that would be an almost impossible fix and an eyesore. They did damage that they denied doing and wouldn't cover. Kitchen cabinets where the dishwasher goes are at different distances from the wall. The work was done mostly by one man handling sheets of drywall, door installations, trim and so on. They were supposed to work 8 hour days with at least two men and they only worked 5 and sometimes 6 hour days with mainly one man. They are con artists that don't deserve any more business from anyone. Please be aware and avoid this company and this person for your own protection.
