Consumer and job seeker beware

This company is a joke. Worked there about 2 months ago. They have no vacation, no retirement plan. Im writing this because I see them all over the job boards in Jacksonville, FL. If youre a consumer do not use their services. They have operators that tell people that they were former IRS agents, which is a lie. They have one old dude who used to be an agent, but the people who answer the phones have never worked for the IRS. They tell clients about their team of lawyers and they have only recently hired a lawyer who is 26 or 27 years old and just out of law school. The fees they charge are outrageous. Theyll hit you up for $1700 to $3000 or more just to help you set up a payment plan with the IRS. This is something that you can do on your own for free! If you have a serious tax problem, you should hire a tax attorney, not these guys because they are absolutely lame.
