Rumson Bolling only wants to collect YOUR MONEY from you

These guys have called me probably 30 times in the last week trying to get me to hand over info on my customers that are in collections. They were so aggressive and demanding that I finally told them to stop calling me. They had a new guy, not as aggressive call me and apologize.

Against my better judgement, I finally agreed to send one customer file to them with a signed agreement and told them I wanted to see their results before going any further. Their fee was to be 15% of the recovered cost. The very next day they called to tell me they found my customer and would start legal proceedings against him. They lied to me about his whereabouts and insisted that I needed to overnight them a cashiers check for $1000 to begin. I wasn't aware of any such fee prior to this.

My husband and I sent an email to them and told a Mike Taylor verbally that we didn't want to do business with them. I was told they were a collection agency when I agreed to send them any info. Only after was I told that they're a legal firm that allegedly sues everybody. That's not what I needed or wanted.

Mike Taylor told me today that he's prepared to sue me for money I owe him now. He and his sheisty company haven't done anything to warrant any sort of payment. He told me that they mostly just sue their customers for lack of payment. They don't actually perform any sort of collection service... They create a customer base that they steal from.

I told him not to call anymore. I'm sure this won't be the last of these a-holes.
