Unauthorized Withdrawal on Credit Card

Simply discovered that people have now been "obtained" for $59.82. I telephoned CMG plus they are significantly more than pleased to "stop" the service-we never registered for, but WON'T pay our consideration. I'm considering declaring a-Class Action Suit against CMG, must anybody be thinking about this course of action please contact me at diane@tctwest.net.
