ANOTHER Delivery Failure

This is actually the 3rd or 4th period I've complained about FedEx. I've submitted a using the Better Business Office, which FedEx is just a participant (how discriminating is BBB???). The state is the fact that my bundle was shipped on April 6 to my door. I reside in a complicated, and also you realize that bundle was nowhere found. There is no try to contact me to I would like to understand the bundle had appeared, they didn't abandon it in the supervisor's workplace, and contains basically disappeared. The claims procedure is wholly ineffective. Today horsepower has my cash (these were of no aid, possibly), FedEx has -or has dropped - my bundle, and that I don't have any operating printer. I can't push or get free from the home, what exactly am I designed to do?
