Maybe EARTH Friendly... But not USER Friendly!

We had been shopping around for WEEKS for some waterfall rock to complete our pond waterfall. This place - Earth Friendly Dirt & Mulch in Humble, Texas sounded like the perfect place. Why? Because they sold "hand-picked rock" which is EXACTLY what we had been looking for! Well, apparently the words "hand-picked" means something different to this guy (not sure if he was the OWNER or MANAGER)... But he came out to where my husband, daughter and I were going through the beautiful rock (which is where the employee sent us) and in no uncertain terms told us we "cannot just go through & pick out what you want!" When I showed him HIS OWN PRICE LIST which @ the top reads: "hand picked rock. 02 cents more per pound" he looked @ me and said, (and i quote): "hand picked DOES NOT MEAN hand picked"... Where upon i responded..."um YES, actually IT DOES!" Needless to say, it was not the greatest experience and I believe that i am not the only person who has WASTED a 2 hour drive to this guys place under false advertising. I told him he could KEEP his price list, as I wouldn't need it - we wouldn't be coming back.
