Warning! Broadstripe is an unethical company that will lie cheat and steal to get your money

Beware of Broadstripe! They offer cable, phone and high speed internet services. They bait you in with an attractive price for a bundled package and then start increasing your charges without notice. They also have a lot of problems with their services and the so called high speed internet is constantly going in and out and is hardly ever high speed.
Every time I try to call them, I get routed to an overflow call center where the people can do nothing more than look at my account and tell me that there is nothing that they can do.
They never have a manager available to speak to and always promise to have one call me but they never call. They keep telling me that I am only being charged $115 per month for the bundle of services, however, the bill they send shows $170 for the month.
Also, the paper statement, online statement and statement that the customer service rep pulls up, never match. The three statements show three different amounts. How am I supposed to know which one to pay.
I don't believe that Broadstripe has their own customer service center and I also don't believe that they employ any managers. It is no surprise that they filled for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection back in January.
If you are in the market for cable, phone or internet services, I would strongly recommend shaddow puppets, tin cans and string, and books, letters in the mail and shopping in person before I would recommend Broadstripe to even my worst enemy. Broadstripe is as unethical, dishonest and untrustworthy as they come.
