Rex S. Caldwell This Company stole all of my money, I lost my home, and now I have nothing!

Thought we had worked the kinks out but I'm still left wondering why I hired this man. We're on a 6 months contract with a penalty of $145 for canceling the contract. Our listing expires early March. I have not heard a word from my agent since I signed the contract. His assistant called a couple months ago to inform me they were moving from their office to a home office. My agent has not called at all. No suggestions on reducing, no suggestions on marketing... Nothing.

He did call me this morning as an agent called his to set up a showing (they are supposed to call me). I told him I had a two sick children and tomorrow would be better. I thought about it and figured I could be ready to show later today and left him a voice mail at 10.00. He NEVER called back. He said she would call back after talking with the other agent but he never did. This is just not professional in my opinion.

Our urgency to sell has tapered off as my husband has found folks to carpool with and with a raise and another on the way the financial burden has been lessened. Nevertheless, I would have been thrilled to find a buyer for this property and expected my agent to be more proactive.

I ended up losing my home because of his neglagence.
Please whatever you do, do research to avoid people like Rex Caldwell and his whole comapny! He has six offices so beware tha your not using any of them! ~
