Shoddy workmanship

Special-ordered bathroom mirror cupboard from Lowes in early August. Required 5 1/2 weeks to obtain it, was said to be sent to shop within four weeks. I'd a deal having a bathroom renovator who had been to begin Oct 15, who agreed the vanity needed to be prepared to deploy when he began the task, and he'd not cure any issues with the mirror. He needed a significant deposit, therefore termination was an issue.

When brought home and exposed in middle-Sept, the only main doorway was out-of positioning vertically by 1/4 inch, the models of three gates on either part were likewise out-of positioning vertically by 1/4 inch, the rail across the upper-back was bowed outwards by 3/8 of an inch, the lefthand side-panel was bowed inwards by 1/4 inch, the lefthand top cupboard wasn't fixed towards the back train, the only real wood screws provided were 10-2 1/2 inches long (needed just 2 screws 3/4 inch!). None of the case equipment might be mounted as all the screws provided were possibly too much time or too brief.

Lowes was ready to go back and re order, but when I described I'd no more than 3 months to truly have the mirror fixed or changed. The stated it might not be changed over time, as did Kraft Maidis alleged "customer support". They generously agreed to deliver the right screws, when obtained just 2 were functional. No present to fix another deficiencies

Lowes, some times later delivered an employee member to my house, with my help and individual assortment of various equipment, he did some "repairs".

I'm never happy, particularly with Kraft Maidis alleged "customer support". The simply couldn't provide a *! Last moment I'll purchase a Kraft Maid item!
