Time Share Sellors Cheating, desceptive practices

This deceptive company told me I had 7 days to cancel a contract, but when I phoned to cancel in three days, I was told they would have to call me back. They never called back and when I called the next day, their line was constantly busy. Originally, they quoted a price for my time share which was 3 times what it was worth and said they would send me paper work by mail so I could correct it, never arrived! I have tried to contact them and again was told they would contact me by phone. I now want my money back, but they refused.
