Rip-off, fraud

I also was scammed into this vacation package. However, my 30 days was just up about 2 weeks ago to be able to cancel this vacation WITH a refund. They have told me that I was told it was non-refundable. Which, yes, I admit, I was told that. However, on two different occasions, I asked if this vacation was time-share and two different people ASSURED me that it was not. However, after seeing all of these comments on here today, I called for a third time and asked the same question... And this time, a woman told me that it WAS a time share! I was lied to twice before on the same question! I don't know for sure if that counts as fraud and how do I prove it?

Also, I called my credit card company but because it is non refundable past the 30 days and that I was aware of that, they told me that they could not dispute it. Well, they could, but it would be pointless because RPR would just come back with "she knew it was nonrefundable past 30 days."

Any other information on how I could get my money back? I've already paid them about $600. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I reported them to the better business buearu and to the attorney general's office in Florida.
