Do not buy from them - online chilfren's clothes shopping

I agree with everything said in previous reviews - having debited my card within 2 days of placing an order six weeks later I have not received my goods. The only contact information for them is an email address but emails are ignored. Should they be reported for fraudulent and/or theft?
