Ripoff told me I could not tell her what she was going to do today abused & mistreated fraudulent ripoff business

When I called the 800 number some lady answered, I explained to her that we did not authorize this and she said yes we did. I then told here that she better not bill our phone bill for this and she said do not tell me what I can and cannot do and then she said have a nice day and hung up on me. I called them back and got a different person and I preceded to tell her I was not happy with the way I was treated and she said hold on and you could hear her set the phone down and her other people talking then the phone went dead again. My wife called and they did the same thing to her. We called our phone company and they told us that not to worry that if anything was billed to our phone bill they would remove it and deal with these rip off artist.
