Inc they said something about a cellphone, but it ended up on my phone bill as a voice mail service, that is not what they said so they are charging me $59.84 for something I don't need

They called me Dec and was telling me about a cellphone service but i had a year to claim the phone, then today on my phone bill they have a charge for 59.84 then when i called them they said that it was a charge for a voice mail service, that not what they said to me when they called i told them i was not going to pay it cause that's not what was said on the preveous phone conversation, they said it was gone be takin off my phone bill
