Shipped defective product then repeatedly lied about it

AceCanopy of Palmdale California delivered us an item that was difficult to put together due to lost components. Expert subsequently dismissed repeated emails for their yahoo.com consideration, and recurring voice emails (no individual actually responded the telephone). Lastly, whenever we stuffed BBB criticism, they replied, but simply to BBB (we later obtained backup from BBB). Their reaction? Complete lies: they had agreed to solve the issue and we'd declined. (The never conveyed around in virtually any style.) We obtained reimbursement from Discover Card after getting small-claims match against them-and Ace. (Expert never responded towards the match, possibly, so that as out-of-state organization it had been difficult to obtain legislation over them in small-claims.) Ethical of the tale: Ace Cover offers faulty items after which lies.
