"Fidelity" my base

My very own original problem was more with Experian than FIC, because it was their clerical screw up that began the issue— they evidently confused my title/address with someone else within the same town that has an identical name & tackle; creating an "consideration" with FIC to abruptly look on my credit report… plus they subsequently worsened this by processing a "scam dispute" rather than "combined identification dispute" (their conditions) after I published them to protest.

The situation I Have got with FIC is their complete insufficient assistance in straightening out the problem! Not just did they not supply any clarifying data to Experian apart from "confirming" my title and tackle (that they currently had on document because of my preliminary phone for them), however the perspective OF EACH AND EVERY individual from their organization that I Have handled hasbeen extremely impolite, dismissive, uncooperative, sluggish, and honestly, flat out arrogant.

Their "answer" to any question is merely the owner should submit a comprehensive challenge, written down, to them needing lots of REALLY private information, including SS#, etc. Even although you do not have (or need) a merchant account together, they demand on obtaining just as much about you as you can, and wont actually speak with you normally. Any try to advance to some boss, obtain more information, clarify the problem, etc., is fulfilled having a total rock wall… and even they wont actually allow you to finish a phrase, choosing rather to "seize control" of the phone call by rudely cutting you off and saying exactly the same garbage, again and again.

Just one of the three people I handled (various calls and divisions) might actually provide me their title, not to mention any actual help. Their entire objective, it appears, is just to intimidate callers, ignore and move any grievances or issues, and persuade a owner that it's totally as much as them to "show" the credibility of the situation, in the place of recognizing any obligation whatsoever for FIC to become correct, reasonable, and sometimes even ethical.

That Is totally in line with the explanations distributed by different complainers on many criticism websites, with no quantity of backup/pasted "bogus accusations made" claims and phony "changes" by FIC drones may alter this.

All I will state is thank God I actually donot need to do any actual company with one of these creeps! When you have ANY option within the issue at-all— DO NOT COPE WITH THEM. There have to be greater, more genuine options available, somewhere….
