Unpleasant experience

Was section of a theatre function on March 15. We'd bought 2 tix thru the team @ $100.25 each. Among us became sick prior to the display. The boxoffice individual offered us a tele-cost quantity to require a rescheduled time. Each time I've named ever since then I am informed the display comes out and also to contact next year and next next year again. We're today on the 2009 routine plus they inform me this may continue forever. Not ensuring of my entire life period, I'd enjoy to determine an answer within the foreseeable future.
