Cascom Inc is a cable television contractor for time Warner cable in the Cincinnati Ohio area. They have been in business for about 7 years. At one time this was a good company to work for. But in the last 3 years it has gone to the birds. The hours are long when you get work. The work is sh*tty if you are not buddies with one of the mangers. They are always asking you to sign new rules before you can get your paycheck. Because someone finds a way to get there money back and then the fix the loop hole. The promise you gold but all you ended up getting is a lump of coal. You agree to be a 1099 employee. Have to pay your own taxes, worker comp., insurance, gas, plus pay them 60 to 80 dollars a week for there truck. They did have parties for there employees then that stopped. Extra cash for great work then that stopped. Then on Jan 1 they said sign the new pay scale with a 50% pay cut of course while they are hold my paycheck in hand. Then on June 1 they cut the pay 20% more that is that is 70% in the first 6 months of the year. Now I have to work harder lots more work longer days for less pay. They keep me so dam broke I cant afford to go on a wild goose hunt for a new job. Ken sits on his a* in the office and acts like a big b*tch but he not sh*t he sits on the toilet and sh*ts just like everyone else. 5 oclock he gone no where to be found. Kirby loose fittings yea right you a*hold is loose from ken hitting it because you cant even work a dam computer thats the only reason you have the job you got...
