Made an online purchase on 1/7. Only received a portion of the merchandise ordered. Contacted them several times (good luck if you try by phone) without any response. Called... Of course no one ever answered and sent several emails. It's now 9/23 and I still don't have my merchandise or a refund. I will be more careful of my future online purchases.
