This so-called "professional" service didn't even bother to give me a call saying that they weren't going to come and clean my carpets. If you want my opinion, take the better option and make an attempt at hiring ANYONE ELSE!

This company obviously needs to hire a better secretary before you allow them to handle your business. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even have a calendar to write all of their appointments down on. I also find it very convenient that they can't receive messages on any of the three numbers that I can find for them. Any company that is worth anything would at least have the option to leave a message. Moreover, to not have anyone answer the phone at 6:00 pm when they are open until 11:30 pm as per their information supplied to Google.com is quite odd.

I has to move on short notice for military, and put my trust in this company to come an take care of cleaning my stairs. They told me they absolutely had an opening and could make it the next day. Thanks to $9.99 Carpet Masters, also known as $9.99 Carpet Cleaning & Cleaners, instead of paying $75 as their flat rate, I will now be paying over $120 as per my landlord for not getting the carpets cleaned on my own in time. I only had one day to take care of this issue, and since i mistakenly put my trust in this company, I really got screwed. Save your money and go with a better service. Any other service!
