My husband purchased me a "Steel tent" for our business as a surprise.
He opened it upon receipt to check to make sure it wasn't damaged, tore etc.
This was in July.
The tent was not given as the gift until September. Upon setting up the tent, it snapped in two different areas like it was nothing.

He swore the advertisement on Ebay stated the tent was made out of steel. I just shook my head that there was NO WAY it was steel.
We contacted them immediately and stated they sent us the wrong tent. Tent described stated it was made out of steel. This tent was made out of aluminum!
This was confirmed by a business that works with metal, that indeed it was aluminum, NOT STEEL as advertised.

First the business said, "Send the tent back we will look at it and make a decision to replacement." I explained I wanted the tent described, the one made out of steel.
I then received a response back that they would replace the 4 poles. I explained that the 4 poles were not what snapped, it was the area that criss crossed that the material pulled over to form the tent above. I explained that there was NO WAY to replace those items.
They refused to work with us because it was past 30 days of purchase.
I explained it was a GIFT and the day the gift was given, was the day they were contacted.
They said they would replace the parts, yet they can't replace the parts. I explained AGAIN I want the item that was purchased, a tent made out of steel, not aluminum and they have failed to respond.
