Polobuys.com SCAM: Fake items being sold under Lacoste and Polo name brand

This company sold me cheap knockoffs that were supposed to be name brand items representing Lacoste and Polo. The shipment arrived and contained (4) fake Lacoste polo shirts, so I thought maybe these are irregular items because no one would sell these shirts as top quality. I returned the shirts for the Polo brand and they were even worse and some were not even the color I ordered. I immediately asked for a refund and sent the items back after getting a return authorization.

The returned items were received by the company (if that's what you want to call it) and I was scolded by one of the representatives about inquiring about my refund too frequently (every 3-4 days). He did not like what I had to say about their fraudulent ways, so he informed me that I would not be receiving my money back. I was supposed to receive a refund minus 15% restocking fee. What a scam, they charge you a 15% restocking fee for returning fake items being sold as name brand. That is not the customers fault for returning an item sold under a fraudulent description.
