Pro Savings Import Export - Pro Savings International customer will not return wrong items, it costs more than the price especially if restocking fees exist

I've ordered 2 suits from this shop via Amazon.com and they send me the wrong item. Given the balance between the price of the suit and return shipping cost restocking fees; it's worth to through out the suit. Read the following statement:
The reimbursement conditions of the seller are unacceptable: - Price of the discounted suit: 99 $US. - Non-reimbursable shipping cost: 47.5 $US (based on 2 suits for 95 $US). - Restocking fees 20%: 19.80 $US. - Return cost: 87 $US
Total cost for me: 253.30 $US. Reimbursement proposal of the seller 80% of the suit price: 79.20 $US
I already paid: 99 47.5 = 146.5 They want me to return the suit and pay extra charge of: 106.80 $US Nothing seems to them unacceptable!
If I through this suit to the garbage, it will cost me less than return it; and this; the seller knows that very well. This why he sent another suit knowing in advance that claim will not be resolved
Amazon claim to return first ignoring this extra cost and do not want to listen to facts. They cover the seller and close my claim. Wonderful, US based stores can rip-off international customer with total impunity.
If I through out the suit I will lose 146.50 $US and if I return it I will lose
the same amount 106.80 $US. Unbelievable.
Thanks in advance to make all Amazon and Pro Savings customers aware that they have no chance to get their money back even if it is not their fault.
