Fast Signs
FastSigns.com, actually, slow, painful, drawn out deliberate ripoff

I decided to have graphics applied to a van that I own and contacted Amber Carranza, Fast Signs, Tempe, AZ. She gave me a price and a contract was signed.

The graphices were then installed and Fastsigns demanded payment.

Measuring the installed graphics, they were actually slightly less than 1/2 of the size contracted for.

Amber's response to me was that she owned fastsigns and if I did not like it "sue me".

I contacted the corporate office for "Fastsigns" numerous times, finally reaching a Trent Lensch, he told me that he was actually " to important " to deal with customers but he was "delegating " me to some one named Scott.

I was then contacted by Scott, he told me that the actual owner of the franchise Fred had "walked away" from the business and was no longer returning calls. However he left his son Dave to run things.

I asked Scott for his help in contacting Dave and he told me he was leaving on vacation, and with any luck one of the many interviews he had been on recently would mean he would not be coming back.

Realizing that Fred, Scott not Trent have any interest in FastSigns or my problems with them, I attempted talk to Dave.

On 6 different occasions appointments were made with Dave to correct the situation, each time Dave talked and talked declaring his devotion to Amber and his anger at me for "telling his Daddy", unfortunately the graphics were never corrected on any of these occasions.

Undoubtedly I will be taking Amber up on her offer, and if the true owner of the store chooses to show up we will get our day in court, or perhaps he will send Amber.
