No response to an emergency

I've a heritage agreement from the prior operator that I restored again with Broward Factory Support addressing all devices and plumbing. Recently, right before 8pm, I observed water dripping from the pipe under my fridge. It had been astonishing particularly since I have hadn't utilized the icemaker or water point during the last 15 weeks.

I called the Broward Factory Support but needed to abandon a note for them after calling all of the choices for emergency support. Their answering device mentioned they might react inside the time in the event of problems. Nevertheless, when I publish this, it's now been about 29 hours and that I haven't noticed back from their store about this company problem. Recently evening, after awaiting them to call-back, I'd to contact a plumber and spend cash to repair the problem - something which Broward Manufacturer support must have completed because it was protected under agreement.

Earlier within the morning, I named them to stop the agreement along with a woman in the different conclusion curtly advised me they react to problems within twenty four hours (!) and someone would call me. It seems that their plan would be to return merely a prorated sum after breaks and demands for cancellations should be produced in writing. Very intriguing this comapny might impose other cost and reimbursement facets of the agreement but doesn't care at-all about their support responsibilities.
