Cosmetic Laser Center - Anna DeGraff
Ripped me off for $1,750. Closed uo shop, and no way no get a hold of Anna. Now I have a half ass removed tattoo - and no one to finish it!

I found Anna off the internet, I contacted her, and went in for consultation, she told me that she would remove my tattoo for $1,750 - that included as many treatments needed to complete the removal, and the numbing cream, and burn cream.

I got pregnant, so I couldnt finish the removal until I had my baby. So 2 months after I delivered, I called the Laser Center back, and Anna's daughter answered the phone, she told me that they closed the shop down, but someone else had taken over and she would pass the message on to her mom (Anna DeGraff) so she could get me info on who I needed to see.

Well, as of today - 9/10/09 - it has been 2 months since my 1st phone call, 1yr and 2 mo. Since my last session, and I have still not received a call back. I have called once (sometimes twice) a week ever since my first call.

I am pissed because I now have to walk around with a tattoo half removed that looks like a buch of colored blotches - and the worst part is THE TATTOO IS ON MY CHEST - VISIABLE TO EVERYONE - which defeats the whole purpose of a removal.

As of now I am out $1,750 - all I wanted was a tattoo removed. On average a removal should only take about 8 sessions give or take. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 13 SESSIONS - AND ITS ONLY HALFWAY GONE!

Anna needs to pay for this, get me my money back so I can put it elsewhere so that I can finish my removal instead of walking around with a tattoo half ass removed on my chest!
