Cosmetic Laser Center - Anna DeGraff
Prepaid almost $800 for tattoo removal and the company shut their doors before completion

I paid almost $800 to this company for multiple tattoo removal sessions. Like the review before, I called to make another appointment and the number was disconnected. I drove to the office where the new occupants of the suite told me where the company had moved to (which happened to be just down the road). I drove there and got the business phone number off the front door. I called the number - to my surprise, the SAME 'laser specialist', Anna DeGraff answered. She said Cosmetic Laser Center went out of business and she's working for a new doctor. She said they are NOT giving refunds or honoring prior contracts, but the new Dr is allowing her to finish treatments on prior patients at a discounted rate ($25-$100 per session). I found the new company on Superpages under 'Undo Your Tattoos'. The new website is almost identical to Cosmetic Laser Center. The laser described on Superpages is the SAME laser used at Cosmetic Laser Center LLC. Both business phone numbers are the CELL PHONE numbers of Anna DeGraff. There are way too many coincidences here. I believe Anna and whomever else she is working with are scamming people left and right. They persuade you to pre-pay for your laser treatments (sometimes thousands of dollars) and then all of a sudden go out of business. I too have filed a complaint with the BBB. I think they should contact Anna because I believe she is a willing participant in this scam, if not the mastermind.
