Do not Use tvdvdcollection.com - Sopranos

I made a purchase on tvdvdcollection.com on Jan 11. It is now Feb 3 and I have yet to receive a comfirmation that my product has been shipped. The site said it would be processed and shipped within 3 days. Anyway, I looked at my check card statement and they took my money out on Jan 12. I went to the site to track my dvds and it said it was still processin so I called the number on the bill and it was disconnected. I sent two emails to their customer service and have not received a reply back. I then contacted a number on their site that says to contact for billing questions and the company I reached said they are not afiliated with tvdvdcollection and I needed to call my bank, which I will be doing as soon as they open in an hour.
