Charged for products not received

We bought several thousand bucks in pavers Sept. 2009. The shipping organization for Menards calls and informs us they're brief by 700 pavers. The quantity for the pavers continues to be billed on our card. So that they provide what's available. Per week later my Spouse calls Menards and also the remainder can be found. They would like to cost people again for providing an item THEY shorted US on. Not our issue! They'll not use people whatsoever. We've invested virtually a large number of bucks there through the years, we've no additional home-improvement shop to visit. Supervisor is not there, how convienient. Can not obtain a your hands on Corporate, can't-get your hands on charge card organization, exactly what a laugh! Save Big-Money, NOT! Find scammed, YES! No customer support, definitely!!!
