I worked for Diamondline deliveries for 2 1/2 yrs and was suspended for a complaint that was found out to be false. I lost 3 days pay and 1 day of holiday pay because of this false complaint.
I later brought this to Diamondlines attention which must have hurt their pride, because after my suspension i worked for a week and had a pallet tip over on me after I did everything in my power to secure it with what supplies Diamondline provided. Diamondline received a claim on the pallet that was damaged, which this was the only reported claim of any damaged product that I have ever had. They decided at this point to terminate me after 2 1/2 yrs of loyal and consistent work for them.
I filed my unemployment and Diamondline fought it not once but now twice and is claiming that I intentionally committed misconduct which is a lie.
