I origianlly purchased a gas log, with damaged deliveries on two accounts, so I was a little nervous whe nI decided to buy a gas insert a year later. I purchased a direct vent gas insert and could't beat the price. Paying retail is just insane, so this was the way to go. Delivery was by freight this time so came neatly packaged and undamaged on a pallet. Worth the price of delivery to avoid ground. However, the surround kit came with a defect and Kara was quick to handle it and replace it. Heathside is a company you can have confidence in.
