Fraud and scam

Our 20-month previous $1600 (retail) began to get moisture within the chrystal. I got it to a certified service-center for fix underneath the 2-year guarantee. The analysis was the base turned shed and moisture got inside. They decided it was due to "surprise" and required fix. Additionally they stated it wasn't included in guarantee due to harm by surprise. It is a golf view. They promote it like a TENNIS VIEW. Obviously it gets surprised. I actually do perform more than 100 models of tennis annually and just use watch when playing. If this watch isn't created to take that much surprise it willnot be named a golf view. Personally I think they ought to repair it and inform me to not put it on when enjoying and stop marketing it whilst the perfect "tennis" view.
