Overworked, Underpaid and ABUSED!

I have been employed by Buck Standard for almost 2 yrs now. I have set my body, work, and holes into this work (litterally). As soon as I requested this work to the current I Have been abused. Everything started with my first store-manager. She employed me in December but would not I'd like to begin until January. And not educated me of health advantages even if I requested. She ultimately explained that I had been eligable for Cigna. But ofcoarse, by that point, I had been no further eligable. She'd explained too late. I'd to hold back 6 months for Blue Cross Blue Shield. After I ultimately was eligable for the insurance provider informs me my boss would need to make me full-time. She was no-where found. Then she demands that I move together with her to some Buck Standard in Gallatin. I accept it but still, she was no-where found. I had been employed in a peculiar location with unusual people and that I desired to return however they had changed me. Subsequently, my supervisor resigns in a text instantly. I had been alone. And was not actually within the program however.

Months later we ultimately obtain a new-store manager. I ask her to create me full-time and he or she does so without doubt. I loved her. She looked just like a great person. Which was till annually later (today) she's my income in the fresh mininum wage (7.25) despite the fact that I Have been operating there for almost 2 yrs. I am an extremely respected staff. I shut each and every evening. I'm the very best set alongside the relaxation and he or she treats me like shit. I named her and as soon as she responded the telephone she'd a tone with me. I informed her that I loved the increase (I had been anticipating a at that time) heading from 7.05 to 7.25 but that just got me-up towards the minimum salary.
