Hours Working

Hello. I'm the partner of the Buck General Manager. I usually believed that Buck Standard was family-oriented and they cared about their workers. Within the last 3 years my partner as eliminated from operating 46 hours a week to operating 60-plus and my partners Region Manager today is only going to allow my partner have one day off per week. I am sure the D. M gets atleast two times down and I've been informed from a number of buddies that store in my own partners shop the D.M. Continues to be heard shouting and speaking in really severe tone and informing my partner they're unaware. This sort of conduct is completely uncalled for. I talked to my partner about this, but my partner does not understand what to complete, for everybody thinks the D.M. I also believe that it is not reasonable when a supervisor that works for Buck Standard that's they require additional hours for that store. That they've to consider their paid holiday hours to provide their workers more hours to maintain the shop clean neat and retrieved completely or even to get additional work finished the D. M aimed them to do this. I also think a Buck Common shop ought to be provided hours by how much cash they create for that Corp. Not from the amount of customers-they have. Seriously Money Standard have it together... Cash is good... But family is people life also.
