Charged money with no delivery of goods

Ack in-May I visited the above mentioned-described to obtain some headshots taken, They billed my American Express 406 bucks and that I never got the pictures. I'd gone back per week later to choose them up and was informed they never heard about me. Which was that till I acquired my charge card statement. They charged me -not a problem!!! I named Am ex to challenge-wouldnt you realize usre they delivered am ex a duplicate of my authorized bill and wrongly explained that yes certainly they'd provided me my images-nicely i questioned it again. This time around they declare that "providers were rendored at period of sale" what photograher provides you with your images at period of sale-they have to be created etc. Obviously, they lied and robbed and that I WOn't spend this cash and don't understand what to complete-sue? Attorney? What!!! You will find way too many businesses such as this one-out there plus they have to be ceased! Particularly within this economy where nobody has cash to burn. Thanks
