EasternCurio.com (also shown as ShanghaiFurniture@hotmail.com and Shanghai Shimu Homeware Co., LTD) of Shanghai, China is definitely an online oriental vintage and projects website. I purchased 4 classic Oriental dinner seats for $2,000 and paid $300 for shipping/handling. What e-commerce does not note is the fact that they just deliver towards the nearest people interface, departing the client togo via a hellish procedure for spending brokers to move the things through US Traditions, warehousing and shipping. I wound up spending an additional $694 to obtain the seats to my house in Dallas. After I attempted to stop the offer, Regal Hsu, the internet vendor, stated that my cash wasn't refundable which I'd shed my cash in addition to my furniture easily refused shipping. Since I'd born the cash, I'dnot a knee to remain on. I've since documented them towards the US Federal Trade Commission. Lessons learned: 1. Do not purchase international items unless there's a company in this nation. 2. Never cable money until you know the company very well.
